The ARDR delivers a range of consulting and technical assistance services to help policymakers, program developers, and community leaders, including state and local officials, local public administration, start-ups, NGOs.
This includes financial assistance, monitoring and evaluation, fund-raising, project cycle management, and the international assistance office for YEN network.
