Adviser to the Board, Consultant and trainer in Participatory Planning, NGO management, Structural Funds, Crisis management
Ancuta is the founder and first executive director of the largest NGO in Romania, Foundation for the Development of Civil Society- FDSC, of Partners for Local Development- FPDL, and Association for Children and Youths with Hearing Problems, and Center for Resources for Public Participation- Ce-Re. She promoted and led the first PHARE programme, edited the first NGO catalog in Romania in 1994, managed to get the first European funding programme for SOROS Foundation in romania in 1003. Ancuta organised the first NGO Fair in Romania in 1997.
She has a certificat in Policy and Planning - Evaluation issued by the National University of Ireland, Galway (Department of Economics) and an MA in Local Public Administration issued by
University of Bucharest in cooperation with Georgetown University, Washington D.C.
Ancuta worked for World Learning for International Development Romania Civil Society Strengthening Program, EU Delegation to Romania.
Currently she is an expert for Partners for Local Development- FPDL Romania.

Adviser to the Board, trainer and speaker on EU Affairs and Structural Funds
Currently, Gabi is country manager for Den Europaeiske Hus (The European House TEH ) Denmark. He has been a trainer of National Institute for Public Adminstration INA Bucuresti and Regional Training Centres for Local Public Administration from Craiova, Timisoara, Slobozia. He is part of Team Europe Romania, coordinated by EU Comission Representative in Bucharest, working as speaker and trainer on EU Affairs.
At present he is involved in specific projects targeted to Public Administration, Civil Society development, especially focused on South West Oltenia Region, destinated to EU Structural Funds accession.
With the Regional Association for Rural Development he has been an adviser for the Board and a trainer for the last 4 years.
 
Adviser to the Board, consultant on Project management and expert on EU Affairs and Structural Funds Fund-raising
Cristina has been a fundraiser for the last 6 years attracting financial support from numerous donors like the European Commission- Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, the Balkan Trust Fund- a project of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, the Ministry of Youths and Sports, Special Accession Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development (SAPARD), European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), Cross-Border Cooperation Programme- Romania- Bulgaria, European Social Fund- Operational Programme for Administrative Capacity Development (PO DCA), European Social Fund- Operational Programme for Human Resources Development (POS DRU).
She is about to round up her PhD project in the European Union Cohesion Policy- an applied case in the South West Development Region of Romania.
