On the 21st of October 2010, ARDR held a press conference to anounce the start of the project "Standards of Participation for Active Citizenship". The project has a duration of two years starting with 1st of November 2010 and it is in partnership with Ministry of Education Youth and Sports research from Romania, University of Craiova-Faculty of Social Sciences, the National Youth Agency, Norflok County Council from Great Britain. The project will be implemented in the five counties of the South-West Region of Development in Oltenia. The press conference held place in Casa Universitarilor in Craiova on the 21st of October 2010.
